Keats Brydon

“I am passionate about advice and working with our clients to realise their dreams. From rules, regulations and the latest planning techniques, I really like to learn and push myself to think differently.”

Keats is the Co-founder and Principal Financial Planner in the business. With over 20 years experience in the Financial Services Industry, Keats brings a wealth of knowledge and a broad range of expertise across all areas of financial planning. She holds a Bachelor of Economics with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney, a Diploma of Financial Planning and is working towards her CFP qualification, the highest qualification for the Financial Planning Industry.

Keats is also a mother of 3 children and works closely with her husband in the business. She loves swimming and taking on new open water ocean challenges!

Devika Dey

“One of the best parts of my job is getting to know our clients, talking to them on the phone and looking after them when they come into the office. I love hearing clients tell us their stories about how we have had a positive impact on their lives – how their financial decisions have enabled them to achieve their “enjoy moments”.

Devika is the Client Services Manager in the business, responsible for all client related administrative enquiries and assisting the advisers deliver an end-to-end client experience.

Outside of work, Devika is an avid social butterfly and weekend hiker. She also loves to read and is a self-confessed Austophile (that’s a total and utter Jane Austen nut).

Thomas Reeh

Thomas is the Co-Founder of Finn Lending Solutions and has over 20 years experience in the Australian Banking and Financial Services sectors. For many years, he was the Head of Financial Planning Victoria and Tasmania for AMP, with franchise oversight of more than 500 AMP Financial Planners and Mortgage Brokers. He led the regions through extensive FOFA reform changes. Over his career, Thomas has held senior roles with AMP Bank, as well as Westpac Bank and has a significant understanding of the Australian lending marketplace. Thomas holds a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma in Investment and Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia. He is married with three young children. In his spare time, when he is not tied down being 'Dad's Taxi Service', Thomas enjoys Clay Pigeon Shooting and coaches the Melbourne Collegians Junior Water Polo Squad.
