Our financial planning process is detailed further below.
Discovery Meeting
At our initial meeting, we conduct a ‘discovery’ interview where your Advisor will ask a series of questions focusing on your family, goals, values, relationships and interests. We combine this with a discussion around budgets, assets, and liabilities to obtain a clearer picture of your financial situation. This usually takes about an hour and is a free consultation.
This process is designed to provide us with a deeper insight into you as a person, your key drivers and the goals you have. By using this approach, we are well-positioned to identify the challenges you face in achieving all that is important to you.
Advice Presentation
Using the ‘discovery’ information, we build a comprehensive, customised, strategic plan for you with coherent solutions that address your needs, goals and objectives. We then arrange a meeting to present our advice and answer your questions. In this way, we empower you to make sound financial decisions about your future.
Implementing your Plan
Once the plan is agreed upon, we will implement it in line with your instructions. Our dedicated Client Service Team will keep you informed of progress at all relevant stages.
Ongoing Review
Financial planning is dynamic, so regular formalised reviews are crucial to maximising the probability of successful outcomes. The review process is comprehensive and is set out to engage you to identify any changes that may have occurred in the interim. A comprehensive review document is prepared and presented to you at the meeting. The forum with your Advisor provides for an open discussion on the progress of your plan and items that need to be addressed for a changing future.
